Ph.Creative was asked to design and build a fully responsive recruitment website for Nationwide Building Society and support it with a robust Inbound Marketing campaign. The aim of the project was to keep the company at the forefront of prospective employees’ minds and reduce the cost per hire.
A 'mobile first' approach was adopted, to ensure the site was easily accessible on all devices, not just desktop computers.
The new website and Inbound Marketing campaign significantly increased engagement by 303% y-o-y and reduced the cost per hire by 98%. The company saw a 1,600% increase in applicants, compared to numbers achieved by traditional jobs boards and the responsive website design generated an increase in traffic.
