I’ve worked in marketing since August 2004, initially working in the motor trade for a prestige brand. It was during this time that I found my passion for customer service, problem-solving and events planning, and I love to talk so I love chatting on the phone too!
I joined Ph Creative in November 2012 as a Receptionist, and after taking control of meeting rooms, completely re-arranging a lot of the processes in place and taking on a few extra responsibilities I became “Director of First Impressions” in January 2013.
