The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to come in and make this role their own.

You will own and optimise our global clients paid marketing strategies across search, social and display to increase brand awareness and drive best in market talent to our clients' opportunities. Aligned with our disruptive “Give and Get” Employer brand methodology and sophisticated careers site strategies, we need an experienced digital marketing account manager to support our clients in activating these mega products or helping them tackle their broader talent challenges.

In the world of Recruitment, digital advertising is under-utilized and there is a wealth of opportunity for Ph. to help our clients win in this space.

Day to day:

• You will be building multi-channel campaigns from scratch for our clients and be their hub of knowledge and constant support throughout the course of the campaign.
• This will include audience targeting, budgeting, creative deployment and testing & optimisation to meet specific talent KPIs.
• You will also need to monitor and report on performance, sharing learnings across the team and to our clients.
• You will work with some of the world’s biggest brands and help define what digital means in the recruitment space.

What we need:

This role is the face of digital advertising and recruitment marketing at Ph. You will be passionate about working with clients, thrive on communication and strive to face into client challenges as a true partner. You will be building strategies and campaigns to support their talent strategy.

As you will be juggling multiple clients, we need somebody who thrives on working at pace, can think on their feet, showcase initiative and shift mindset to accommodate our varying clients who can be in opposite industry verticals. You’ll need to be a self-starter, as it’s sometimes a little chaotic. Can you thrive in the madness and be determined to put your own stamp on what you do?

Recruitment Marketing is a brand-new division in Ph. and we are looking for someone to share our energy, passion and team vision. You will have the support of a Recruitment Marketing strategist, a paid media manager, an SEO manager, a reporting and analytics specialist, designer and project coordinator. There is no end to the experience and insights you can lean on from your team. Plus, we all love what we do and have a laugh while we do it too!

As well as working closely with the Recruitment Marketing division, you will need to build great relationships with the wider Ph. Team – partnering with our award-winning teams across Creative, Employer Brand Strategy and Careers Sites as well as our sales and support functions that keep the Ph. wheels turning.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and co-create with team members across multiple functions.
  • A deep understanding of digital media, creativity and best practice.
  • Strong media planning skills and ability to create unbelievably good marketing plans and strategies for a wide range of clients.
  • Be data literate, obsessing over metrics and reporting and using the numbers to direct your decisions with insight and confidence.
  • Superb communication and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Fresh knowledge of the latest trends, tech, and practices and marketing, digital, and media.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Own and optimise our clients paid marketing strategies across search, social and display to increase brand awareness and drive relevant traffic of applicants to careers sites.
  • Work with our internal team (and where applicable, external suppliers) to build multi-channel campaigns from scratch.
  • Monitor and report on performance, sharing learnings across the team and to our clients.
  • Bring digital marketing to an industry with so much untapped opportunity and potential
  • You will have access to your own project coordinator, PPC manager, SEO specialist and team designer to support you in launching and managing campaigns
  • Working with some of the biggest and most influential brands in the world
  • The opportunity to put your own stamp on Ph.'s recruitment marketing strategy
  • Create great relationships with everyone at Ph., across creative, account, production, and management teams.
