The Role

The responsibility for Ph. to live up to this expectation is at the heart of this Account Manager role. We want each client to feel like they are the only client we have.

Our AM’s have full responsibility and autonomy for their portfolio of clients; managing multi million dollar employer brand accounts.


  • Previous experience employer brand, talent attraction and candidate experience
  • Demonstrable experience of excellent client facing communication and proven ability to grow the business on an account
  • The ability to offer insightful interpretation and advice to clients that is relevant to their business
  • A proven track record of delivering results
  • Listening to understand, not waits for their turn to speak
  • Highly organized with proficient time management skills


  • Managing multi million dollar employer brand accounts
  • To foster and grow strong relationships within client companies
  • To communicate strategy clearly and effectively to your clients
  • To ensure that all clients are kept up to date with relevant activities and developments at Ph. Creative
  • To regularly speak with clients' to plan and progress account activity and input into the strategic direction of the client
  • To be recognized by the client as a main point of contact and as a core member of the agency team
