What's the Initiative?

Ph.Creative is pledging $7M (£5.6M) to help rebuild the economy in the USA and the UK in the form of 100% grant funding for career website development and 50% match funding for employer brand strategy and creative work. 

The application process will be open until 5pm PT June 26th 2020.

We anticipate that many organizations in the UK and USA are about to face their biggest challenge: to hire and rehire talent at a scale we’ve never seen before. In the wake of such massive and abrupt unemployment of truly epic proportions, it’s never been more important to get people back to work - and not just to any job, but to a job they love. 

We recognize that many organizations simply don’t have the right tools in place to effectively attract and engage the candidates they need to fill these roles quickly, at scale, with people who will be ideally matched to their organizations.

This initiative has been created to offer those companies severely affected a serious competitive advantage, in order to make re-hiring or scaling up post COVID-19 as simple and as easy as possible.

Our goal is to accelerate and contribute towards the successful hiring of at least 1,000,000 people, spanning across the USA and UK in the next 6 months.

Who is This Initiative For? 

We anticipate being of most value to, but not exclusively focused on: Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Banking, Automotive, Retail, Food and Beverage, Travel and Leisure.

All applications will be reviewed and assessed based on merit. Our goal is to help those with the greatest needs first, in priority order of organizations hiring the most people back to work, in the shortest period of time.

The Ph. Pledge initiative has two distinct strands that you can take advantage of;

1. 100% grant funding for career website design, development, and implementation.

2. 50% Match funding for employer brand strategy, creative, and copywriting.

Career Website Design & Development: 100% Grant Funding

If you’ve been “getting by” with a couple of recruitment pages on a corporate website, or you are concerned that your dedicated careers website isn’t effective or efficient enough to provide a positive candidate experience capable of converting the right amount of ideally matched candidates for your vacant roles, we can help you. 

So What’s The Deal?

We will replace your current careers website/pages with a new enterprise-level careers website.

There’s no small print or catch on this - here are the details: 

This assistance comes in the form of up to 100% grant funding, covering all design, development, CMS implementation, ATS/CRM integration and content population, 301 mapping (protecting existing SEO rankings), testing, and publishing live. The typical value per careers website available is approximately $140,000 (£112,000).

We will provide our end-to-end concierge service that takes care of every detail from start to finish. Transparently, this is the only way we can conceivably manage delivering such high value, at scale in a timely manner with the confidence that comes from organized efficiency and controlled management.

What the grant does not include

The grant does not cover ongoing licensing, hosting, maintenance and tech support, and the offer is for our CMS product technology only. The fees for these services are flat standard monthly costs of $3,000 p/m (£2,300 p/m). These fees would start immediately should you sign up and be accepted.  

Though we would like all organizations to apply, organizations that are required to remain on a different platform are not eligible for this grant and so should not apply.

Employer Branding: 50% Match Funding

If you’re seeing clear signs that your employer brand reputation may present a clear and present danger of not being able to attract back the talent you have lost… or if you’re concerned that, despite being a great place to work, your competition is currently doing a better job positioning their offer than you… we can help. In partnership with you, we can refine and position your employer branding, setting you up for more success.  

So what’s the deal?

This assistance comes in the form of 50% match funding. This means we will cover 50% of all regular fees including consultancy, strategy work, creative and copywriting, to get your Employer Brand ready to help you attract, engage and retain the best culture-matched talent you can find. The work will be carried out completely remotely for obvious reasons.

No fine print, no catches. Here are the details:

The maximum initial match-funded consultancy value is up to $300,000 per application. Applications will be assessed on the potential positive impact we can make together, and project start dates will then be available on a first-come, first-served basis once you have been formally invited onto the initiative.

1. Discover how and why people find purpose, impact and belonging at your organization.

2. Articulate who you are, what you stand for, and what makes you different as an employer.

3. Articulate the Give and Get of your Employee Value Proposition - what do people have to Give (company expectations, demands and standards) in order to Get the strengths, benefits and opportunities on offer within.

4. Audit existing research data to refine key insights, messaging and positioning of your brand

5. Delve into the biggest employer brand challenges you are facing and assist with devising a clear strategy and effective tactics to implement.
