On the 29th November The PC Support Group, the Merseyside based IT Support Company, celebrated its first year of national expansion with a fantastic comedy evening at Blue Bar on the Albert Dock in Liverpool.
Phil Bird, Co-founder of the business, said “We were delighted with the way the evening went. It was an occasion to thank and reward our partners and clients for their important contribution to the success of The PC Support Group.”
Simon Albert, director and co-founder of The PC Support Group, commented: “We wanted to do something different to reflect the business’ personality. We’re not a traditional IT support company with humourless techies and we wanted this to come through”
During the event, PC Support Group’s customer’s achievements were also celebrated with a number of awards, including most improved IT over 10 PC’s which went to Liverpool mortgage brokers, Charlton Foxcroft and most innovative use of IT that went to the digital transcription and typing service company, Document Direct.
Phil Bird added “We have had an amazing year. We have opened up seven offices around the UK as part of our expanding franchise network and have just reached our 350th customer. “In the past year we have also been named as one of the top 100 Managed Service Providers by MSPMentor and been nominated for the prestigious Channel Network Awards for best SME IT Solution”.
The event, organised by the well-known and respected event company SK Events, was a huge success from the beginning to the end.
