Ph. Creative took client research one step further yesterday as six members of our team spent the afternoon working at Domino’s pizza. Kitted out in the black and blue uniform, the team were given personalised name badges and were set to work making pizzas at the Aintree branch.
Bryan Adams, MD of Ph. Creative says: “I’ve seen how passionate Domino’s are about their brand and now we’ve experienced the Domino’s process, Ph. Creative are just as passionate about is as well.”
Franchise owners, Ian Clifton and Ian Minton, met with Ph. Creative last week and decided that going behind the scenes was the best way for the team to understand the brand and gain inspiration.
Ian Clifton says, “Yesterday just showed the sort of company we’ve bought on board and we couldn’t be happier. We were really impressed with the team’s attitude and enthusiasm. Domino’s and Ph. Creative are going to make a great partnership.”
The Ph. team were given a brief induction before setting about the task of making pizza, Domino’s style, from scratch. Three members of Ph. even set about a different kind of marketing than they’re used to, by standing on the corner of Molyneux Road, Aintree, wearing a life-sized pizza box and holding Domino’s wobble boards.
As the number one pizza delivery service, it was important that Ph. Creative were able to capture the brand when they begin designing their new website next week.
The Ph. Team are now up to the challenge of designing a powerful online estate alongside a strong marketing strategy to showcase the delicious range of Domino’s, their exceptional standards and create clever opportunities to make ordering a Domino’s pizza even easier online.
Siân Peak, Account Manager says: “We are looking forward to an eventful journey and a great working relationship for the future.”
